Little Henry House on Duke St

Very private and quiet with outdoor seating. Kerry is an excellent host with high attention to detail who truly cares about her guests’ experience and provides an organized check-in/check-out process. I knew my stay here would be good. Lots of great books and a clean, modern look to everything. You may also be visited by a very friendly kitty!

As others have said, there is a minor ant problem and it doesn’t seem well-insulated. Wear socks and dress warm if you’re here when it’s cold. And, yes, the heater is very loud.

Very very clean and cozy place! Comfortable, everything needed was there. Clean bathroom and bed as well as everything else extremely clean. We could park two cars in front of the place. Communication with the owner very easy and fast reply. The mattress is very comfortable.

The heater is loud, I had earplugs so no problem to sleep, my boyfriend is good with noises when sleeping so he slept good as well.

Good location, host was friendly and responsive, private, comfortable bed.

The property could have been cleaner. It was clear that it had not been deep cleaned in a while. We encountered several spiders and more ants than we could count. Property had ant traps in the main area. There was mold on the floor. There was food in the dishwasher (not dishes, actual bits of food), lots of mystery hairs in the bed and on the floor (both human and animal) and a generally large amount of dust and cobwebs.

Provided with text instructions of how to get there. Advised not to use GPS. It would have been MUCH easier if a MAP of its location had been provided as the text was confusing!

It kind of had a smell of dog food? I did appreciate all of the dog supplies though!

It was a well furnished place and equipped with essentials. It was a safe location. Parking was decent Host was reponsive

The entire place was dusty Window AC had a thick layer of dust that we had to clean ourselves. Comforter had a pet smell and was very wrinkly The closet was filled with misc things like broom, vacuum cleaner, garden pots. Only 2 small drawers out of the entire closet that was empty Toaster had crumbs. When we asked for a different comforter the host came and opened the linen cabinet but there was no comforter, had to use bedsheet as blanket. This place has so much potential but it’s just not taken care of. I would avoid this spot if they don't care about making any improvements on the cleanliness part.
