Aesthetic Functional Minimalist Space Sunvida Tower SV1716

This is a good comfortable room, and it's in a good location for the city centre.

No warm/hot water for the shower or sinks. Room information was not emailed until the last day.

It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

There was nothing negative.

Everything is organized.

We weren't informed that the pool usage is only available for 2 guests per day. The additional bed has a plastic cover underneath the bedsheet that made us uncomfortable.

Directly across the road from the mall… SM City has everything and then some. The room itself was very nicely furnished and exactly like the pictures. The host has thoughtfully included some cup noodles and other snacks as well as a kettle in case you get hungry in the middle of the night like I did.

Maybe the wait on an elevator from time to time.

Everything was superb! The place lived up to its name, it was indeed aesthetic. Host were responsive and helpful. Free coffee and toiletries. Worth every penny ❤️

SM is just across the street. There is a laundry shop downstairs. wifi - fast.. netflix - very good. The host is very accommodating. VALUE FOR MONEY.

Very nice apartment with lovely bedroom and kitchen. Great location, as we arrived by bus at the north bus terminal (walking distance), it is also just opposite of the SM mall. Public bus is just stopping in front of the tower of the street. Pool is refreshing, but closed on Tuesday due to cleaning. Overall, wonderful furnished room with lovely little details, easy communication and I can highly recommend it when staying in Cebu :) I would come back again any time. Thank you Jenni!
