We really fell in love in this place on the very first day. It was super clean, spacious, relaxing, and accessible. The host ( Ma'am Jenni) was approachable , responsive and very welcoming. It is definitely a recommended place to stay. We'll surely be back again soon. Thank you ma'am and sir !:)

Our experience with Aesthetic functional minimalist space was nothing of exceptional. The room was really clean and smells good, making us feel super comfortable. And it was situated in the SM city and allowed us to explore effortlessly on foot. The owner also were friendly and eager to assist. We'll definitely come back. Thank you Aesthetic functional minimalist space for making our stay so great!

The unit is modern minimalist, cozy, and clean, it has enough space for me and my son.Every description they have online about the property met my expectations. The owner was very friendly and responsive, she made it sure that our stay was comfortable. She gave me a discount for early check-in. She even goes a long way by giving us Christmas present and personally delivered it in the lobby. The property is just across SM City Cebu, making it a perfect location for all the places I want to visit. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended, Thank you Sir Paul and Maam Jenni!

"Great Location + comfort and Wi-Fi"

I enjoyed my stay as it was exactly what i was looking for, a place with strong wi-fi for me to be able to do some online work and a nice shower and AC for me to relax. The mall is across the street, so the location was just perfect.
