Apartament spełnił z nawiązką nasze oczekiwania. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzeba - wyposażona kuchnia, podstawowe środki czystości, pralka wraz z kapsułkami do prania, pojemna lodówka. Obiekt był w perfekcyjnie czystym stanie dodatkowo w połowie naszego pobytu było umówione sprzątanie. Łazienka również czyściutka, a dodatkowo były po 2 ręczniki dla każdego z lokatorów. Łóżko duże i bardzo wygodne do tego telewizor z Netflix i dostęp do Wi-Fi. Właściciel to najlepszy przewodnik - opisał wszystko co warto odwiedzić, przekazał nam mapę z zaznaczonymi najważniejszymi punktami, komunikacja była bezproblemowa. Dodatkowo podsyłał nam ciekawe wydarzenia w trakcie pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Hugo is one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. He gave us a very detailed introduction to Funchal providing maps (created by himself!), leaflets and other touristy documents. During the trip, he was readily attentive and helped us with any questions or requests. We are so grateful that Hugo was able to get groceries on our behalf as we were arriving at an awkward time. The apartment was very clean, fitted with efficient and modern appliances, and in a fantastic location where everything was accessible by foot. Netflix and Youtube were available on the TV. The shared terrace was clean and spacious - perfect for anytime of the day to relax!

Soundproofing could be improved as noise from other guests travelled easily from the corridor.

This property is perfectly placed and reasonably priced especially for new year time, the decor is modern and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay , close walk to all the main shops and restaurants , the cable car and port (10-15 mins) . We stayed over new year and it was a short walk to Christmas market also . All communication with Hugo the owner was pleasant and he gives some amazing and well accepted advice for a trips around Madeira including walks and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Funchal .

The balcony we seen in the listing was large with sun loungers and better views , however the apartment we had the balcony was small with limited views . However this was not a major issue as we spent most of our time out walking and sight seeing .

Very friendly and helpful host! He was always available for questions or suggestions. The room was very clean en there was enough space for everything. The kitchen is very handy! There was free parking in the street, which was handy when you rent a car!
