"Great apartment close to the centre of Funchal"

We loved our stay at Apartamentos Progresso and would definitely stay there again. The location is great, walking distance from the center of Funchal and just round the corner from charming local cafés serving great coffee. The shower was fantastic. The apartment offered everything we needed. Also, the hallway smells like lavender, that was extremely nice every time we entered the building.

The wifi did not work during our stay and it did not get fixed. There are gaps between the apartment’s front door and its doorframe, so not much sound isolation. But these were just minor points.

"Excellent Apartment Choice in Funchal."

Everything- Hugo was incredibly kind and informative about the island- where to eat, buses to take, and so on. Always easy to reach if we needed anything. Location was ideal- minutes walk to buses, old town and historic center of Funchal. Comfortable room with all that you need and nice outside seating. Quiet at night and good quality bed. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to come back!

All was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Stanza carina e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale ultra gentile

La mancanza di un climatizzatore o deumidificatore. Il ventilatore in stanza troppo rumoroso. È vero che è stato un caldo anomalo e umido, ma si schiattava

Nagelneue, saubere Wohnung. Hugo war extrem Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden, alles war weit über unseren Erwartungen. Beim nächsten mal bleiben wir ganz sicher wieder hier.
