Clean, nice, big rooms. Very friendly staff.

Pretty noisy. Disco boom all night long.

No breakfast on site but Pepe’s cafe a sort walk away was simply outstanding. There are multiple good restaurants close by. Highly recommend Bruma. Also many great bars The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and great bathroom

On the Saturday night some noise from a nearby club but earplugs are provided

It is a lovely property, a renovated colonial building, Classy room design, amenities, comfort. Location in the Casco Viejo

One of the aspects I found unsatisfactory was the bathrobes. Given the high level of comfort offered by this hotel, I expected better quality. They should replace the low-quality, synthetic plush bathrobes with genuine cotton ones. The current bathrobes are uncomfortable and made of cheap fabric that causes you to sweat. The second is the price of the rooms is too high, considering that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

From the start greeted with friendly, helpful people. The villa was a perfect treat for our entrance into this beautiful country. Starting at the luxurious villa in the heart of it all gave us all we needed to pursue our adventures ahead.

You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally within walking distance from everything. Room was spacious and comfortable, with all you need. Staff was very friendly and helpful
