"A lovely hotel with great staff."

The location is terrific, right in the middle of Casco Viejo. The staff bend over backwards to be helpful. The room (after I moved it) was great.

The only reason I didn't have a good view was that I asked to change my room because it was musty smelling. New room had no problem, spacious.

Beautifully furnished and large room with balcony.. Great staff.

Traffic noise and noise from rooftop bar, but nothing earplugs couldn’t solve. Heads up that there are absolutely no amenities at this property (I.e. no pool, breakfast restaurant, seating areas, etc.).

Cutest boutique hotel I've ever seen. The rooms were so comfy with gorgeous furnishings and amenities. The rooftop serves excellent food as well as amazing views.

"Lovely hotel in a great location."

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. We stayed here four days in January, 2025. Arelio Rodriguez was a perfect host. He made great suggestions for breakfast, and is very knowledgeable of the area. We did not ask for housekeeping during our stay, but when we requested fresh towels, he delivered them right away. Nicolas was also very kind and helpful. The rooftop bar is very nice with a great view. Thank you so much for a great visit!

"Chic boutique hotel"

Stylish boutique hotel in good location with friendly helpful staff. HUGE bathroom and bedroom - chic decor. Cool rooftop restaurant and bar.

Hefty price charged for mistakenly taking sandals bag x2 (our error) Need to go out for breakfast.

Arcelio, Leo, and the other evening front desk staff member were always welcoming and very helpful. Arcelio in particular spent a lot of time answering questions and making excellent recommendations

My bed in 3-07 was saggy on the side so I had to keep pushing myself up to the middle of the bed
