Good location The staff help me book a bus ticket to Cat Ba islan. The bus come right here to pick me up on time. They also have laundry service, really helpful.

We stayed for one night after the Ha Giang Loop. That place is very well located, the stuff is incredibly helpful and the room is very clean and has everything you need. We would book it again!

The staff made our journey through the há giang loop possible. We really appreciate that they were able to rent us a semiautomatic scooter and ensure that we got past the km 7;). They were also able to store some additional baggage which was really nice. The room was very large, with high ceilings. If you like a FIRM bed than you will be happy.

If you don’t like a firm bed than you may not be as happy.

We stayed here after competing the ha giang loop. Lovely place to get some rest, rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and the place is in a good location.

Overall, a pleasant stay. AC worked really well. Rented a bike from them, which worked very well, and seemed to be priced fairly. Allowed us to take a shower for free when we returned, and to store some of our belonging in the lobby while we did the Ha Giang loop.

Lobby was quite messy when we arrived, but seemed to be tidy the rest of the stay. Some mosquitoes in the room when we first entered. While the beds were fine for us, beware the mattresses were probably the firmest we had in all of Vietnam.
