Very hospitable and accommodating staff, Toby is wicked!!! Very comfortable, warm rooms for the snowy days. First pick for accommodation if we come back to Madarao!

Yamadasan was a great place to stay for a ski break. It's conveniently located at Madarao; the staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic but clean and comfortable, but it's not a 5-star sort of place. Breakfast is included, which is a bonus.

A few small touches in terms of decor could enhance the ambience of the lodge, but that's being a bit picky to be fair.

Our family of four stayed at Yamadasan for four nights. It is a great ski lodge conveniently located a short walk from the main Madarao ski lift. Rooms are a good “western size” and clean, with a private bathroom and a shared shower room. Toby was a friendly and helpful host, happy to help and answer my questions about Madarao and transport. Toby was supported by a friendly team of staff. Recommended for families and young people alike.
