The only thing was the Gardner made a lot of noise every morning

We just finished a wonderful 5-day stay at Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa to celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday, and it couldn't have been more special. What stood out most was the people. A heartfelt thank you to Abdel Fattah, Gulnur, Andri, Umeda, Danesh, and Anabelle for taking such good care of us. Everyone was genuinely kind and always willing to help. The surprise birthday decorations for Mom were such a sweet touch. We also appreciated the delicious vanilla welcome drink, the help with our luggage, and especially the extended late checkout because of our late flight home. The resort itself is beautiful, the pool, the grounds, the beach chairs facing the sunset, and we looked forward to breakfast every day because the buffet always had something new to try. We also loved the recommendation to visit Sunset Beach, which ended up being one of our favorite spots on the island. Thank you for making our family celebration so memorable. We leave with happy hearts and wonderful memories. ❤️

The only thing we didn't like qas how short our trip was and how quickly it ended.

A place so magical, we cut our island-hopping short just to go back! Where do I even begin? Our experience at Savoy Resort & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary so much so that after visiting the beautiful islands of Praslin and La Digue, we made the easy decision to cut our time there short and return to Savoy for our final nights before flying home. That really says it all. We stayed at Savoy at the start of our trip and fell completely in love. The resort has everything you could possibly need under one roof ,incredible food, fantastic entertainment, world-class facilities, swimming pool and a spa that is simply divine. But what truly sets Savoy apart isn’t the stunning surroundings or the luxurious amenities (as wonderful as they are) it’s the people. A very special mention must go to Abdulfattah and Andri, two absolute gems who went above and beyond to make us feel like the most important guests in the world. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every moment feel personal and special. When staff make you feel that welcome, that valued, and that at home, you simply don’t want to leave, and when you do, you count the days until you return! If you’re planning a trip to the Seychelles, do yourself a favour and make Savoy your base. You might find, like us, that the resort itself becomes the highlight of your entire holiday. Let me break down my experience to you .. let me tell you first that I have been to other Savoy properties worldwide and they were mind blowing thsi one is not even 5% of those. Arrival- no one was available to take the luggage. I had to take it out from my car. Keep it out, and I have to myself figure out whether the guest parking is as no one was there. Room - old chairs with stains old furniture, smell in the room and corridor throughout the property. Staff - was over all good, but one of them I asked for a buggy, and he said that it never comes on time. It’s better to walk. Spa - the receptionist did not explain anything at all, except for needing the amount first. She didn’t explain where is the Jacuzzi or the steam or anything. Masseuse- the worst massage I’ve had in my life was at this property. Zero technique and only pressure and she kept slipping with the oil here and there , this was quite painful. for the first time in life i wanted my massage to finish ASAP and thank god they only had 1 hour slot or i would have to bear the torture for longer.

Omg I can't believe to compliment the level of hospitality. The attention that the staff paid was just unbeatable. Warmly greeted by abdelfattah and Paul. Later my met the lovely Humphrey who was like a dad to us and andri who was always so sweet and kind and arranged little special surprises for us. Gulnur was so sweet and helped us take pictures at reception. We also met ashok who was so friendly and kind and Tamara and Trevor at our dining outlets. Something that really stood out to us was the hospitality. You are so lucky to have so many amazing team members. They definitely deserve credit for all their hard work and need to be rewarded as they really do go the extra mile. The location was perfect. The pool was the best we've seen in mahe.

I think the airport shuttle should be free or more affordable.

Stunning beachfront, great rooms, and service that makes you feel like the only guest. Shoutout to Abdel Fattah who went above and beyond everyday to make the stay seamless.
