Ashok was the best employee by far for us. He was kind and lovely person. He made our stay in hotel much better, always wanted to please us even when we didnt ask. He follows details and that is what its important for guest.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa, and I can honestly say that the service was one of the best I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond. I reached the hotel at around 8 a.m., and without me even asking, they offered me an early check-in because my room was already ready. It was such a thoughtful gesture and allowed my vacation to start perfectly. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. The team surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake and arranged a private breakfast on the beach just for me. It was an incredible experience and one of the most memorable moments of my trip. Having breakfast alone on a beautiful beach with such attention to detail felt truly special. What impressed me most was that this level of care was consistent throughout my entire stay. Every member of the team genuinely seemed to care about creating the best possible experience for their guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management team, especially Sergey, Louisa, Andri, Iman, and Abdelfattah. They were always attentive, professional, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Their dedication and care made a huge difference and played a big part in making my stay so enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Kimtai from the main restaurant. He is an exceptional waiter—always smiling, positive, kind, and attentive. Every interaction with him was a pleasure, and he consistently provided outstanding service. A special thank you as well to Praveen, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. The facilities, the beautiful location, and the overall experience were excellent, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is its people. The staff are the real gem of Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa. Thank you for making my birthday and my stay so memorable.
