Everything was fantastic! I booked a Double Suite Side Sea View Room. The Suite was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfy. When we checked in, we asked to have the sofa bed made up, and the staff took action in no time! The entire staff was incredibly helpful. The property feels brand new and very well-organized. The pools, aqua park, and beach are all excellent. The animation team was amazing and kept things fun. There was also a great variety of delicious food.

"We could not swim!!!! Beach is useless"

Staff ,

The biggest problem is the beach and the sea. We came all this way for the sea, but we could not swim at all!!!. The water is extremely shallow; even after walking 500–600 meters, it still does not go above your knees. There is a pier, but it does not belong to the hotel. It belongs to the neighboring resort and hotel guests are not allowed to use it. As a result, we were unable to swim during our stay. The hotel is not directly on the beach. You either need to walk about 10 minutes or ask for a golf cart ride to reach the beach area. Overall, we came for the sea and were disappointed. If I only wanted a pool holiday, I would not have traveled this far or paid this much. I could find much better pools in Cairo. The hotel itself is average. The staff are friendly and helpful, Abdu at the reception, who was supportive. The food is average, and the rooms are acceptable but definitely in need of renovation. The aqua park is not very large, but it is enough to keep children entertained. The heated indoor pool is a nice advantage. Lunch options are limited. Food prices are reasonable, but the quality and variety are below expectations.

Starting from the hotel GM Mr.Hazem, relationship manager Ms.Esraa, Mr.Abdo at the reception to all staff members were amazing, did their best to make our stay really memorable and exceptional.
