Beautiful hotel and very suitable for families and children. Our stay was very pleasant from the beginning, especially with the great follow-up and warm welcome from Ms. Esraa upon arrival. The place is comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. Special thanks to Miss Rana in the kids’ area — she was always cheerful and caring with the children. Also, thanks to Mazen from the animation team for the fun activities and positive energy. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again.

The staff are very friendly and special thanks to Ms. Esraa, Mr. Abdulrahman and Mr. Khamis for their kindness and hospitality we have. It was nice vacation and I enjoyed it with my family. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time there. All the staff were extremely polite, professional, and welcoming, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The cleanliness was excellent in both the rooms and public areas, and the food quality was great with a good variety to suit everyone. All the staff were very kind and attentive, always making sure guests were comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Esraa, who was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for such a lovely experience , we would definitely be happy to visit again.

Great vacation, the Hotel is amazing, Staff are very friendly Enjoyed heated indoor pool, aqua park & Sea Kids enjoyed the games room and kids club The animation team was great, kids disco and the shows at night Special thanks to captain Ahmed on the beach for the service in the beach And thanks to Ms Essra she is very friendly and she followed up closely with us to ensure every think is good and we have a good vacation Thanks coral sea team
