Everything is fine from the reception and guest relation "thanks to Ms.Esraa" for her hospitality and her keen to follow up with us if anything not comfotable,really she is super! Thanks to Mr.Hazim the Manager for his kindness and soft welcome for us. Highly recommended hotel.

أود أن أتقدم بالشكر الجزيل للأستاذة/ إسراء وجيه – Guest Relations، على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام الراقي طوال فترة إقامتنا بالفندق. كانت في غاية الاحترافية والتعاون، وتعاملها معنا ومع أولادي كان رائعًا ويعكس مستوى متميز من الخدمة . بالفعل ساهمت في جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة وتميزا كل الشكر والتقدير لها ولإدارة الفندق على هذا المستوى الممتاز من الضيافة

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It’s not our first time here, and we always enjoy coming back. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and easy to move around because it’s not too big. The restaurant was very good and the food quality was great. The games room, kids’ room, and the pool were all nice and well maintained. The aqua park was fun, the beach was clean and organized, and the beach bar was also really nice.

The only downside — which is obviously not the hotel’s fault — was that the sea level was very low during May, so the water was too shallow and we couldn’t fully enjoy swimming in the sea. But overall, the hotel itself was beautiful, relaxing, and definitely recommended.

Hospitality and great team of the hotel. Mr. Abdo and Ms. Khaled at reception were very cooperative and friendly. The room was very nice and room service was so good. Free parking. Nice pools and beach. Animation was so nice. Restaurant delivers nice food and variable and tasty. Amazing stay
