Clean and newly refurbished.

Some old furniture and missing equipment such as a coffee maker or cafetiere. A sofa outside the toilet is not ideal. Strange smells.

"Great location to see Plymoth and fine facilities for a couple of days stay."

It was about a 20 minute walk from town, which was good. The property was clean and we found parking nearby easy.

The property was very cold on arrival (under 12 degrees).
