Location and the kindness of the host Homeed and sultan. Clean rooms and safe place. No option for food near by, but the host made homemade food at good price.

We stayed for 1 night and it was very comfortable. The house is located in a beautiful calm mountain area with spectacular view. It is new and clean. The hosts Homad and Saltan were very welcoming, they waited for us as we were late. We also ordered dinner which was very good, homemade and big (chicken, rice, salad, bread, fruit, cakes and tea). The hosts were extremely kind to us, as we had a health issue with one of our friends (motion sickness) and they brought us medicine in the night and were ready to bring to the hospital if needed. They can also arrange trips for you in the area. In general we were glad to choose this option. Thank you and we wish you all the best and many guests! Lana and friends

Everything was perfect

Location is absolutely beautiful! House is located up on the hill with amazing mountain view at sunset and sunrise. It is fully private space with two large bedrooms, kitchen and also one extra room. You will require 4WD or SUV to go uphill and park the car near the house. Hosts are very nice welcoming people. Owner Sultan is vey helpful and hospitable, he has arranged grill place when we asked and we were able to do a barbecue for dinner. Meat is available in Al Hamra down the mountain, we bought it on our way to summit house. Sultan’s brother Humid knows English well and helped us with check-in, breakfast and other arrangements. He also advised us to visit secret waterfall spot with the pool in the rocks where they can guide us to, that was extra cost but it was definitely worth it!
