We stayed for two weeks. The apartment unit has most things you'll need and is in a good location, within walking distance of many interesting spots and in particular Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal where the boats to the islands depart. There are multiple convenience stores and laundry in the complex. Free parking is a plus. The swimming pool and outdoor area are very nice, although very crowded early in the morning when the temperatures are still bearable (in the afternoon it is quiet).

Not great for people who are sensitive to sounds, for multiple reasons: - When the bathroom light is switched on, a very loud ventilator is activated. This makes it uncomfortable being in the bathroom. - Despite being new, the building itself is extremely noisy. Sounds from the hallway (e.g. kids running and screaming, doors slamming, the elevator sounds) were echoing. - There was construction in the unit next door. The unit was clean, but the towels provided had a funky smell. Netflix did not work during our stay, it kept crashing. The photos of the units are not incorrect, but they are taken from a rather favorable angle. There is a massive construction site below the building, so be aware that the sea view from the unit and from the pool is not as perfect as pictured. Also, not all units come with a washing machine and microwave, so pay attention to the facilities listed for each unit when booking. All in all and compared to other apartments in Malaysia where we stayed, we feel the value for money is not great.

love the view and location which is a walking distance to Jesselton Free Duty Mall and Suria Sabah. Shops available on thr ground floor are also a plus. The security is also nice whereby you can only access to floor you are assigned to, parking areas and the top floor for mailbox

The room has no breakfast but is ideally located close to Jesselton out of the harbour, near places like Suria Sabah, GaYa Street and duty free shops, lots of 24 hour shops under the apartment building, great sea views, a great place to visit on holiday!
