went to swimmimg pool with access card its kinda of difficult us to go somewhere and its only one access card. our room no washing machine, hopefully soon will have that

1. Hard to find the key. 2.The Tower 1 elevator out of servis have to que at 1 elevator and too crowded. 3.The Homestay is not like what on picture. 4. The stove is not working.(broken have to change new) 5.The washing machine dryer dont have like on picture. 6. The water supply stop suddenly didn’t suitable for the homestay. 7. Parking lot hard to find and don’t have special lot to the tourist. 8. Dirty swimming pool. 9. No parking Free for cust you have to pay 1h/Rm1

Near town. Netflix.

No sunset or sunrise view. Fire alarm disturb our night...because of someone having their ciggarattes. The photo been used in advertising totally different from the real one. Busy elevator. Cleaning fee expensive RM60.

Great location, good layout, overall comfortable

Only one key provided so therefore limits access for guests. No toaster, iron is burnt on bottom, beds are very hard. Also T.V keep saying no attendance connected, not sure if there’s another way to work but if there is a simple instruction sheet next to T V would be good.
