"Don't exto pay high rental but low rate facilities."

Near to KK town

I have to pay for the cleaning rm80 plus it rental costing me aroun rm414!!don't expect to pay that much.Not including to pay the parking fee also.😡

The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. All the appliances and furniture were new and comfortable. You can even smell the apartment is new. The location is great just a couple of minutes away walking from the Jesselton Pier and walking distance to the night market and other attractions. The check in process is easy and the staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only minor downside is it is a little cramped for 4 people at times, especially in the bedroom with the twin beds. I would still recommend it 100%.
