"Basically, in just one day, okay but the customer service are so bad, I am asking about the check out, NO RESPON AT ALL."

Facilities ok

The hot water machine not working, Aircond I think they did not service the aircond in the mean time, because even we set it at 16, still couldnt feel the cold temperature

The room is clean with stunning sea views! Very good location, there are plenty restaurants and convenience stores at ground level. Walking distance to jetty and Suria Mall. Only thing cause a bit inconvenience is there’s no wardrobes.
