Excellent location, staff friendly to help when I messed up the booking

2 aircons never worked and it was very hot.

The location, close to the beach , lovely walkway

Place was dirty, needs some serious deep cleaning. kitchen cupboard doors were left dirty, ceiling lights rusted, found dirty kitchen towels in bucket outside, blind in 2nd bedroom filthy dirty and broken, shower head in main bedroom broken.

Very easy. Love it

The property is in close proximity to a lot of things, beach, mall, restaurants etc.

Patio chairs not as comfortable, they use with some cushions at least, running water in the bathrooms was very slow and frustrating when you are a group. I was not impressed at all with the dish washing cloth, it looked very unhygienic. There no champagne glasses.

Ocean was very close to accommodation Very comfortable and neat and clean apartment

One light did not work and some damp mark in the corner of the ceiling of main bedroom

The flat is well maintained.

Bedding not changed for our long stay ( 5 nights) Kitchen cloths not washed properly.

the bathroom light in the main bedroom was not working. few kitchen items were missing. eg . spatula was not there, no mixing bowl, no grater.
