Being right at the Beach front was excellent

Linen was never changed for the entire stay The payment Due was higher than the Advertised amount on Booking.com by about ZAR500. Although I was still happy to proceed with the booking I felt that Booking.com was dishonest in how they conduct their business.

Perfect location, and absolutely clean, we had an awesome stay...

Our group of friends are on the larger side so the shower was a bit small for us, but nothing we couldn't live with for a few days, also it would probably suit the average sized person just fine, so its not a negative on a whole... All said and done, it was an awesome place...

"Great stay, close to the beach and all amenities"

No Breakfast its a self catering apartment

The main bed and sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not pleasant at all. The venue has an inverter but it doesn't work during load shedding Parking can be a problem. Went out at night and came back with no packing space.

"Worst stay ever. Horrible agency."

NOTHING!!!

The property agent was extremely rude. Angie. Apartment was taken by another person. Agency got angry with me being the client with my frustration. Was placed into an apartment in another building which was dirty with sheets smelt like sweat. WAITED 2 HOURS OF FIGHTING AND ARGUING IN ORDER TO GET INTO AN APARTMENT
