The location in the rice fields.

The pillows, none of the bathtubs were working and there were rats in the gypsum. We told the property on multiple times. They were keen in helping, they went to check but no solution was given. The noise was too much and impossible to sleep. We also forgot a bag in the house, sent them a whats app but no answered was ever provided.

Rooms were all enclosed so no bugs

The location was a little far out of the main centre of town but it was close to this great bakery

Pros: location, it is not too far from Ubud but still quiet enough. The staff are also friendly and doing their best.

The villa is dirty and needs a deep clean. We complained about this on arrival and they came to do another clean but it didn’t do much. There was dust on the floor, hairs etc, dust on the windows, grime around the toilet and sinks. The cupboards in the kitchen were dirty too. This is dirt that has built up because the villa isn’t cleaned properly after each guest. There is also no privacy in one of the bedrooms as the en suite bathroom is separated by just a curtain, with no door. The workmanship in the villa is also of very poor quality so things are already damaged, showing signs of wear and tear even though it seems to be a pretty recent construction. There’s also construction near the villa though it wasn’t too noisy and didn’t bother us. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you care about cleanliness.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nasha Stana. The villa is beautifully designed, comfy large beds, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a nice pool. A big Thankyou to Agung for helping us with our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Comfortable beds, nice villas

No hot water, wifi kept dropping in and out, no steps in pool, soap was empty, water was empty, tea and coffee empty. Slow responses from staff and they didn’t really fix the problems when asked. Not very clean and the roof of the bathrooms made an extremely loud noise when it rained. A man came to our villa an hour and a half before check out time and waited for us to leave, the wifi and electricity was turned off also on the final day when they guy came to tell us to check out at 10.30am even though i was informed checkout was 12pm

Staff didn’t come and clean every day. Would have been good for some one to show us the property on check in too.
