Lovely little cottage, set in the middle of the hills, with just 2 friendly sheep for company. Comfy, clean and with everything you needed for a family stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

"A peaceful stay away"

ALL OF IT! Stunning scenery, log burner, bath and games table were our favourite highlights. And of course having the company of Ozzy and Elvis x

Loved it all couldn’t fault the homely set up. Had everything you could think of. Only recommendation or suggestion would be a hot tub outside under the pergola area.

"PERFECT"

This is by far the best place we have stayed in! We could not fault it everything was perfect The location was beautiful and quiet but with easy access to Colne and surrounding villages The cottage was fantastic with everything we could want (apart from a washing machine which would have bee handy as we were a family of four but there is a laundrette in Colne so no problem!) Outside were fantastic views and lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy our morning coffee and also the beautiful and friendly pony called PAIGE ( who would wait by the garden wall for her breakfast treat of an apple! The inside was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated The beds were really comfortable and it was lovely to wake up to beautiful views and the sound of PAIGE munching on her grass! SAMANTHA was the perfect host very knowledgeable about the area and texted us occasionally to check if we were ok or if we needed anything All in all the most relaxing and peaceful holiday ever! We cant wait to return and I am just about to book again for next year! Cant wait!!!

It’s a perfect hidden gem! Lovely views and comfortable beds.

The bumpy road leading to it. Taxi didn’t want to take us down it and we had to walk up it in the dark using our phone torches.

Amazing stay at The Croft, with one of the most peaceful and beautiful garden patio settings over-looking Trawden. Sam is an amazing host and provides everything you need, and then some. Can’t wait to return.
