Excellent location on a transport hub, with shops, restaurants, etc. all close by. Flat was clean, warm and tidy. Plenty of towels.

Microwave & coffee machine needed replacing ( which was done promptly ), and washing machine was faulty ( flooded part of flat ). Also 40+ glasses, but only 2 coffee mugs!

A lovely, cosy appartment with everything you need. The support team responded quickly to any questions. The location is great, quiet but close to cafés, bars and restaurants. Excellent transport links – you can get to different parts of the city. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place :)

Very well located with immediate access to public transport and restaurants and shopping. Very easy entrance instructions

No nightlamp or electricity close to bed. Coach was in same place as bedroom. Bathroom next to small bedroom stank and small bedroom was colder. Great to have a desk but uncomfortable desk chair

Mooi schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien en makkelijk bereikbaar via OV. Wij houden van wandelen en vrijwel alle bezienswaardigheden zijn binnen een uur aan te wandelen.

The instructions provided around accessing the property and our room were clear. The room was clean, and in a good location. It had a TV, Nespresso machine, a comfortable bed, 2 shower options, and tea/coffee making facilities. It provided a nice view over the square, and although the area is normally busy, we had a nice quiet night as it was Christmas Day when we checked out.

We are still baffled as to why the host tried to say that we damaged/broke the shower head, and then have the bare faced cheek to try and charge us €100 for a replacement? We caused no damage and left the property as we found it. That ridiculous claim really spoiled a night spent in a comfortable and well equipped property.

Everything was perfect!
