Не объяснили как попасть в квартиру, приложение на телефон не возможно было установить, попросили покинуть квартиру в 10 утра.

The location is really good, everything is near. The guide how to find and open the apartment was clear and everything was easy. The equipment of the apartment was good. There are two toilets, one bath and one shower.

The microwave didn't heat (it works, but meal is still cold), the shower in the bath doesn't work properly (water is everywhere)

Bellissimo appartamento, abbastanza comodo per il centro (vicino fermata metro e tram). Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due supermercati e ci si può preparare da mangiare a casa

Unico problema è il parcheggio. Ogni 3 ore va rinnovato il tagliando. Ma questo non è un problema dell'appartamento ma di tutta Budapest.

Our time spent here was quite disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend staying here during the summer..the place had neither a fan nor air conditioning, and the apartment was stiflingly hot. And if you think you can simply leave the window open at night to let in some fresh air forget it! There was unbearably loud music blasting for two to three days straight, making it impossible to sleep. As if that wasn’t enough, we were asked to pay €50 in damages for allegedly breaking the iron ( which we never even used !!) I’m just glad they didn’t try to blame us for the massive hole in the curtain or the large crack running along the wall near the terrace door. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Blaming guests and trying to extort money from them is simply not acceptable!

There were lots of shops and restaurants around, and plenty of public transport to choose from. The apartment was nice and tidy, plenty space for a family of 3, secure entrance to the building and an elevator as well

There was no ironing board and no tv

Good location, good transport connection. The apartment is modern, comfortable and has a nice design, there is everything you need. There are two rooms with sleeping possibilities - a big room with double bed and a small sleeping room with sofa. 3 minutes walking distance from apartment there is supermarket Lidl (Bartok Bela it) which is also open on Sunday. Another direction (Fehervari ut) 7 minutes walking distance from apartments there is a big shopping center (near Metro Station Ujbuda-központ). Two bathrooms in apartment. There are two rooms with sleeping possibilities - a big living room with double bed and a small sleeping room with sofa. If someone doesn't like the loudness coming from the traffic street (for me it was not a problem) he could sleep in the small sleeping room with window to the quiet street. In front of the house there are a lot of cafes (kebab, pizza, Asia food, Macdonald...).

The microwave was not clean.

Well equipped and spacious apartment. Lots of stores and restaurants around.

Large, clean, warm apartment. There are all what we need for our stay in apartment plus metro/tram stop and shopping mall just outside.

It would be noisy from tram intersection for sensitive people. Bedroom balcony faced to tram intersection.
