Staff was friendly. Keypad entrance for the front and room was convenient.

The location was OK, but just a few blocks in either direction is pretty sketchy

The staff was stellar - they went beyond and above and accommodated every single request we had - they even helped me get my airpods back (i left them in the room). The rooms were clean and beautiful, beds comfy and I just like the clean style with SF views and sun in the room in the morning. Very cool vibe and complementary coffee. Big closet was a bonus, wifi worked well and bathroom was nice. We stayed in three different rooms (coming back and forth to SF during our travels), 9th floor 918 was def our favourite.

At one point the neighbors were really loud and walls are not super thick but the staff immediately moved us to a different floor and did not even blink an eye.
