FOUND Hotel Carlton, Nob Hill

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring San Francisco. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The staff was young, friendly, and always courteous and helpful. I also greatly appreciated that they took my request for a quiet room into consideration, which made my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major disappointment. I stayed for seven nights, and my room was never cleaned, despite being told at check-in that housekeeping would be provided every other day. I regularly left the housekeeping tag on my door to indicate that the room could be serviced, but no cleaning ever took place. After three nights, I had to go to the front desk myself to request clean towels. Fortunately, I still had enough toilet paper, but the room remained unserviced throughout my entire stay. What was particularly disappointing was that even after I informed the receptionist about the issue and requested that my room be cleaned, no action was taken. For a seven-night stay, this was not the level of care I expected.

The location was convenient to a lot of places. The staff was always so friendly and check in was supper quick. Rooms were a good size, bed was comfy and the windows opened so you could get some fresh air.

The keypad was a little tricky sometimes even when putting in the correct code it wouldn't let yoy open the door. There was some stains or what looked like a spill on the wall and baseboards were dirty,not really a big deal just a small thing they may want to pay closer attention to.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Carlton found hotel. It’s a boutique hotel . I asked for a higher quiet floor with a view and I was lucky enough to get one . Very friendly staff, my room was very adequate. Great price for a nice hotel. Easy to get around. I’m a solo traveller from Australia and I felt very safe and comfortable.

My water temperature was like warm .

Elevators are very old and it was malfunctioning on my checkout day so i had to carry my luggage throw stairs
