Mondello Glam Hotel & Terrace

The hotel has a very nice location with a view of the entire bay. The breakfast is excellent, but the bed is a bit slow. Otherwise the staff is very friendly.

Location is great, room is great and clean. Receptionist Martina is very helpful, all staff are friendly. Restaurant has an amazing view and lovely food. Swimming pool under the rock is lovely.

Very good breakfast and beautiful terrasse for aperitivo. Comfortable rooms very well located.

My name is Luiselle Giannone and I stayed at the Glam hotel for 17 days. I also lost my phone. I can’t express enough. Have a wonderful the staff was they were going above and beyond to help me since I had no phone and letting me use the front desk phone and connecting all my calls to my Room. They were wonderful the dining room staff was also great and not to mention the wonderful cleaning, ladies that were so sweet and thoughtful. I travel a lot and I’ve never found the staff this exceptional as the people from the glam Hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I give it a five star. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was amazing and the rooftop was absolutely beautiful with wonderful views. The room was really nice. Also with a great view. The beach was 10 minute walk not even.

Location is excellent, short walk to get around Mondello. Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby.

Overall, a very disappointing hotel for what we paid, and for its potential. sadly not much competition in the area. - Breakfast was sit down style with table service, food was okay however inconsistent and the service was poor. Maybe they bring you fruit, maybe not, for example. looking over at other tables, everyone seems to get different things. And the waitresses did not visit your table at all after dropping the breakfast off, should you want something else, or more of something. clearly a very casual operation. one morning we tried to order a second coffee, after politely waiting and reminding the waitress twice, eventually i had to approach the counter after a total of 45 mins, only then did she quickly prepare us a coffee which took her 45 seconds. - Beds were notably uncomfortable, no blankets as well just light sheets. had to request a blanket, even then it was so thin i had to use a towel as an extra layer to sleep in 21 degrees (pretty normal sleeping temp.) - Bathroom stunk, sewage smell coming up from the drain. Fittings were hanging off the wall. design and construction was poor, no shower door, water all over the floor, very low shower head. Stayed in a hotel in Istanbul recently for 25 EUR a night and this bathroom was most comparable to that.
