THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS CHAOS, YOU COULD SEE ALL AROUND THE ROOM THAT THE MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS WERE NOT HAPPY.

The friendliness and response of the staff was outstanding and made up for the crowded and lively location in the middle of Mondello. The valet managed to park our car in the garage and Gabriele served us the aperos on the terrace in this typically Italian swift professional and pleasant fashion. Stroll to the piazza is short, on the busy road but safe because of courteous drivers. If you were looking for the Mondello life feeling you don't need to search further.

We would not have opted for the large sea food platter on ice had we seen it was marked deep frozen. Our fault.

The room was spacious with a charming balcony, and the bathroom had everything I needed — plus the most comfortable robe I’ve ever worn. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, which meant a lot after arriving from a disappointing previous stay. Breakfast was rich and indulgent, and the rooftop restaurant has a fantastic wine and food selection with a breathtaking view. The art throughout the hotel adds a beautiful, curated touch.

A few small downsides: the shower head holder was broken, the hallway could’ve been cleaner, and the breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Still, overall, it was a great experience and I’d gladly come back.

Breakfast was plentiful and really enjoyable, hotel staff were friendly and couldnt do enough to be helpful. Location was great and with our sea view room we enjoyed a fabulaous view across the bay with the mountains in the distance. Will definitely return

All good, steps up to reception were a challenge in midday sun but there is a lift for suitcases

Close to the Beach

The water was not hot. And the breakfast was not consistent. The pool and hot tubs were not in working condition.
