very spacious, comfortable beds, close to town

air fresheners caused irritation to a few in the group- itchy eyes. would suggest having them in hallways and not bedrooms/social spaces. kitchen stools would benefit an upgrade! Instructions on oven usage, it took 7 professionals to get one oven working.

"Perfect House"

The house is huge! Every room has more than enough space with 4 en suites and a main bathroom. They even had baby gates and high chairs. Couldn't recommend enough it was absolutely perfect. You really could not get a better house it was just perfect.

Highly recommended. This is a fabulous property, extremely well presented, clean and well equipped particularly in the kitchen. Very comfortable and relaxing and in a fantastic location. Great communication with owners.

"Harrogate reunion"

Communication in the run-up to our visit was good. The house itself was perfect for our school reunion group of six sixty-somethings. It's a lovely property in a nice location , well-equipped and well-positioned for walking into town.
