"Superb experience"

This house is advertised as cosy, it is much more than that. It is clean, modern, nicely decorated and attention has been paid to details. The kitchen facilities are exceptional, there are two kettles, two toasters, two ovens and two hobs all to accommodate a maximum of 14 people. We appreciated the tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Fraklin Road is a lovely road and leads to Harrogate centre within a 10 minute walk

"Great house for groups"

This is a beautiful property, located within walking distance of Harrogate town centre. There was plenty of on-street parking. The house is great for groups, with a well equipped kitchen and a large lounge. All of the rooms were decorated to a high standard. Four of the bedrooms have en-suites and there is also a family bathroom. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and very quick to respond to messages.

Large, Well equipped, comfortable property in a good location that was perfect for our group of 5 couples. No problem parking 4 cars for free over the weekend. Fantastic value.

Lovely large house, perfect for a weekend away with friends. Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants in the centre of Harrogate. Would definitely stay again.

"Excellent"

The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Fantastic communication from the host even provided heaters and rock salt for the path as it was very cold and snowing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
