Lovely spacious, clean flat in a great location. Kim made us very welcome. Loved the welcome hamper, much appreciated and a nice touch

Flat was very spacious great facilities it was lovely and clean and had a great view of the sea and beach .

ideal location excellent sea view well equipped flat personal welcome and host had left a hamper with breakfast cereal milk butter bread orange juice tea coffee and sugar very nice and thoughtful would return there and will recommend this flat to our friends

The view is unbelievable! So wonderful to sit and look over the sea as I ate my breakfast. The place was clean. The walk-in shower excellent. Very happy with the accommodation.

The steps up to the property took a little getting used to. But there is a rail and it was fine with care (I should say I have very poor balance and have to take care on steps).

Everything it was absolutely fantastic my son especially liked the comfy bed. Can't wait to go back again it was amazing. I would recommend it to my family and friends.Fabulous venue situated in a perfect part of Bridlington. We are missing it already thank you Kim.

The apartment was clean lovely views out to the sea

Kim & Rod the owners was there to meet us they made us feel welcome and are down to earth we sat with kim outside and talked as if we had known each other for years.nothing was too much trouble. The bed was really comfy thank you Pat &Dawn

The Seaview and location were excellent. The accommodation was exceptional and the owner even provided a little hamper to get us through the first day.
