Southbay Holiday Flats Flat 2

Clean, well equipped flat in a good location with a sea view.

The bed was not very comfortable - perhaps the mattress needs replacing? There was scaffolding at the property during our stay. This was not a big issue as the work was taking place next door. Nearby properties were also being worked on so no doubt the whole terrace will benefit when they are finished.

Good location for the The Spa concert venue and great sea views

On a personal note I love a hard mattress, nothing wrong with one in apartment but a bit soft for me .

We had fresh bread, milk left for us on arrival

Views were breathtaking, could look at the sea from our bed! Close to everything. Welcoming hamper and fridge items. Spotlessly clean.

Shower was not as powerful as we prefer. Also prefer to have two pillows.

location was fantastic,

as we was in winter when we stopped, only downfall was the heating there was no heating in the bedroom with little radiators throughout. so was cold, but apart from that throughly enjoyed it,

could have done with heater in each room as weather was cold outside

Was a lovely welcome when we arrived and when we left. The welcome pack was great. The flat was lovely done out. Well supplied with kitchen equipment and great TV to watch. And heating was good for this time of year. Even the parking got sorted for us.
