No information in the caravan to show how things work ? Heating - cooker etc

Beautiful location with a sea view and close to lots of amazing places. Nice nautical interior design and very well equipped caravan. Free leisure pass was a massive bonus - swimming pool for kids and sauna/steam room for adults. We stayed at the beginning of the October halfterm and there were plenty of Halloween-themed activities on site. We’ll definitely be back!

Curtains torn window netting torn carpet badly marked.veranda needs jet washing gate needs fixing due to veranda being unstable.

Lovely position with an uninterupted view of the sea. Very sunny position. Caravan seemed lovely and warm and cosy. And heating warmed it up quickly late evening. Nice furniture on the decking. Comfortable single mattresses which appeared to be new. Nice size bedrooms. Verything was provided for a comfortable stay. Any questions that I sent by text were answered almost straight away.

Nothing that you could dislike.

The views were amazing. The site was very quiet and the restaurant was excellent.

The view, location next to beach, the size of the caravan was perfect for three. The privacy was good,nice lighting in caravan, all facilities there, very comfortable living area with games to play too. Nice beach theme.

The beds were too soft for me,I tried two of them, didn't sleep well. The bedding is not to my taste because it's a shiny material which I don't like on my skin. It was clean but not to my standard could have been abit cleaner. We were only staying for two nights but reception said we could ask for a swim day pass if we payed but we'd need a form filled out or a confirmation from our owners. I requested this from the caravan owners as my nine year old would have really enjoyed a morning in the pools. However we were not given a reply till the following day stating we have to stay for three nights to use the pool. The receptionist of the site said otherwise. We never went swimming. We left the caravan spotless infact cleaner than we arrived. Towels we used I put on the floor. Although we only used hand towels as we don't like using other peoples bath towels and bought our own. However on returning home we were asked by owner where the towels were. We insisted all towels we used were left on the floor but she didn't believe us. This left us feeling really disappointed sad and frustrated and left a sour taste after a nice break. Maybe it was a case of language barrier but it came across extremely rude.

Location was perfect, lovely sea view on a great site with all the facilities you would need for a great stay.

My only issue is the sofa was hard and very uncomfortable.
