The facility is very well equipped with all you need, a small house very good for a holiday close to the beach.

The key collection conditioned by the payment if the deposit, should have been more clearly stated from the first step of booking not after booking as i missed that info, then host called me just mid day of travel day which was quite late and i thought there is a scam

Very comfortable and clean had everything you would need for a holiday.The view was stunning.Will definitely stay there again.

No outside umbrella to shade from the sun.

Lovely dog-friendly holiday park with good facilities and access to the beach. We didn't mind paying £20 extra a night for our dog. Owners responded quickly to issues with WiFi, entertainment passes, and the shower. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely kept. The caravan was comfortable, and it had a great view.

I have never had to pay a security deposit before. This was returned in full after 4 days, but it all felt a bit unpleasant being held accountable and wondering if it was coming. The shower head, living room curtains, and front door mat need replacing (previous reviews also mention the shower and curtains, and the owner responds saying it was being sorted, which it hasn't been). The carpets could do with a good clean, and the gate to the property and catch that keeps the front door open need fixing. It's a shame because it's a nice caravan in a lovely setting - it just needs a bit of investment. It wouldn't take much effort to make this a really lovely place to stay.

Full ashtray/kitchen utensils pot on the decking. Both single duvets in the twin room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, possibly been used as outside blankets whilst smoking by a previous occupant. Sofa soft/sagging, sponge seat cushions need replacing and shabby ripped satin curtains at the windows, two of which had been removed which meant you couldn’t draw them at night for privacy. CCTV at the entrance to property where a photo of me accessing the key safe was taken as proof of me using the key safe, this was sent to me during a text conversation with a request for key safe help. CCTV made me feel like all our comings and goings was being observed.

No fire alarm in the property, wasn’t very easy to find where the caravan was-no instructions on how to find it and reception wouldn’t help as it was a private booking!
