GBGreat location and easy access made this a good place for us. All was as mentioned in the description, comfortable, clean and quiet. Mel was very helpful with information about the area.
The bathroom was small and for someone who has reduced mobility there is a deep step down . Also the reduced height of the bathroom door meant my husband, who is 6ft, bumped his head several times before getting used to it.

Very steep step into very small shower room, not keen on having to keep window open for ventilation, needs an extractor fan! View of car parking space. & on a very busy road. Chair is a 'nursing chair' which is very low. Booklet asked for quiet after 8pm, so not sure about using TV?

Little difficult to spot the entrance from the road when dark, not a serious problem.
GBThe room had everything we need for a short stay (bonus for small oat milk pods). The room is a short walk (10min) from Ashurst station with direct trains to and from London and a great pub (The station). It's also a short distance to a nice 5km loop through woodlands which we found thanks to the information book in the room. The room is very quiet even though it's right next to the main road.
Could do with blackout curtains to cover the whole window/door, blinds still let quite a lot of light in. Just a small detail
GBThe owners were so nice! And the room was so clean and comfortable! Couldn’t fault it!
Kettle was a little scary and loud but the fact they had coffee, tea and oat milk makes up for it! I’m just a sensitive person ;)
