Proximity to town Clean simple decor

Bed very close to the door/wall and right where you need to walk past. The sealant to the sink and kitchen worktop is unsightly and would also cause maintenance issues. Similarly the sealant to the bathroom wall/floor needs to be redone. Tighten up the take lock escutcheon would help the initial impression when entering. Noise transfer from flat above could be a problem for those who prefer total silence.

The Regency is a modern spacious apartment very close to the centre of Harrogate. It has been recently renovated to a high standard, with tasteful and comfortable furniture. The kitchen facilities were excellent, everything you need to stay in and cook. It's great to find such a lovely pet friendly property. There is free parking about 0.25 miles from the property.

The arrival instructions could to be a bit clearer.

Super cosy beds and nice and spacious home

2 things that ruin it are having a key safe but the door automatically locks itself, we got locked out due to this and had to call for someone to come give us a spare key to get in whilst we took the trash out the door locked itself also not having a parking area really takes away from this as it’s a disc area outside so can only park certain times or will get a fine

The decor, furnishings and the layout of the apartment and the town of Harrogate.

A lot of the glasses, cups and dishes had not been washed properly. So had to strip cupboards and put everything through the dishwasher.

Great location. Quality furnishings and fittings. Bright and airy. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

Great location, mostly all the things you need from a small let.

The bathroom needs a deep clean particularly in the shower area and possible sealant replacement. A bigger bin would be more useful for longer stays.
