Booking Reference19389558 The Regency Harrogate. This is a well appointed apartment, nicely situated for Harrogate town centre. My comments are as follows. The bedroom door would not close as the bed was in the way.The duvet was 15 tog which is much too much, ok for eskimoes. My wife is not a good sleeper so she would go into the living room as the bedroom door would not close properly this affected my sleep. Too much light. The bathroom liquid antibacterial soap dispenser was so watered down we could not wash our hands. The toilet seat was insecure causing quite a few troublesome moments. Going into the kitchen the door would not close as it had a mirror hanging on it. This allowed the light to go into the bedroom. The bottle of Cif was also watered down making it unusable. I did not check any other cleaning goods. On the Thursday we telephoned Finestretreats. Asking for an extension until the monday as the surrounding areas needed us to view them. At this time we asked for a lower tog duvet a clean bed sheet along with clean towels. None of this was forthcoming. We were asked to leave the key in the keysafe which we did. But nobdy turned up either to drop off or clean. On our day of leaving nobody turned up to inspect by 10.15am, concerning our security deposit. Please review this situation and get back to me within ten working days. Or we will have to take this further. Regards G Nice.
