New apartment, close to the train station. Clean accommodation for a family.

Modern apartment on the 3rd floor. Great views of the hills. Nice location an easy walk to the old town & lake but out of the chaos of tourist central. Easy parking with secure car park right in front of the building making luggage in and out a breeze. 650mbps wifi!! We’ve never had more than 30 in rented accomodation/hotel before. Normally up to 10. A nice place to stay for a week.

We had to pick up the keys from the property managers office. Quite hard to find. On getting there we saw a step by step photo description on how to get there. Would have been nice before we came….When we got into the apartment there was a bucket underneath one of the aircon units. Odd we thought. Turns out the unit had a fault and leaked quite badly. We told the managers and it was fixed the next day but we did have to spend the light with the unit reasonably loudly dripping into the bucket and climbing over it to use the toilet. We thought it odd that an obviously known issue (the bucket) wasn’t fixed before we arrived. To stay at the property we had 5 seperate keys and only one set. Odd in a modern building in the era of swipe cards, remotes & key pads. A real hassle dragging these keys around and only one set which meant we had to co-ordinate comings and goings. It was OK for 2 of us but would be problematic for multiple people staying.

The whole apartment was exvellent. Lovely view from terrace of the mountain. All facilitirs we amazing.

Matress bit hatd for us but we managed. Under beds need a thorough clean. Welcome pack of basic essentials wpuld be benenficial ie milk, coffee, sugar, etc. Althpugh lidl just across the road.
