Como in Centro

The apartment was very clean, and modern with smart technology. We especially liked that the apartment had a deck where we could sit and enjoy the mountain view. The location was very good. It was just a short walking distance to Como Center. Como Center offered beautiful historic buildings, views, walkways, shopping and dining.

We truly enjoyed all of the amenities of the apartment except the bedding. All of the mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable for sleeping.

It’s a beautiful apartment, comfortable and has a lovely view.. MyHomeInComo team is very kind and helpful, they gave us a very detailed introduction and ask any questions with kindness.

The only reason i rate 8 it was because the bed sheets wasn’t very clean. It’s obviously washed but there is still a spot i think it was coffee. And that really upset me. Other than that it’s a beautiful apartment🤍

Did not like anything about the property.

The property was not truly represented. The property was not clean, French fry on floor etc. In addition, there was a large wet spot in the small bedroom on the exterior wall by the window that had apparently been like that for a while. Concerns for mold were felt, particularly if you were to sleep in there. Again, the entire place did not have a clean or safe feel to it. The views from the website must have been photoshopped as the main view was of scaffolding on the building outside the lounge! The location was awful and not truthfully represented. We did not feel safe in the area. The only approach was down an alley lined with trash bins and people were working on their vehicles in the alley. We left right after we arrived. We did not stay there. The view photos are not a true representation of the area. We have travelled extensively over the past thirty years in many different countries and have never experienced such a difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.

Brand new building, high-tech apartment, very spacious, clean, balcony, three sleeping rooms, helpful staff. Highly recommended for 4 to 6 people. Most importantly, it is very safe.
