The resort is conveniently located near the highway and boasts a modern, newly built design. It offers a variety of rooms and cottages, although I unfortunately ended up with the lowest-grade room available, which didn’t quite capture the resort vibe. That said, the room itself was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The resort feels compact, more in line with a small-scale property, but it has its charm. There is room for improvement, particularly in the welcome and farewell experience, as these are key moments that can elevate the overall stay.

The location and the cleanliness

We had a disappointing experience at this resort. There were no activities as advertised, and the zip line was non-functional throughout our stay. The room facilities were very basic, the balcony door didn’t close properly, and the cot edges were dangerously sharp—my child got hurt while playing, which was quite distressing. Regarding the food, the non-veg breakfast menu was exactly the same for two days, showing a lack of variety. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff didn’t inform us that we could order items like dosa and omelets; we only found out after specifically asking. Lastly, the reception desk didn’t even bother to ask for feedback during checkout, which shows a lack of concern for guest satisfaction. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and we left feeling quite disappointed.

Liked the choice of dishes. The service was excellent and response of staff was very good especially Machiah, Jatinder, Sujoy and the chef ensured we were well fed with a sumptuous Buffet always. Thanks you Aranya team.
