Staff, cleanliness, service we're not good

Location was Good Property was good & met our expectation Food was Good Staff was friendly Iman staff in the restaurant who served us for all the 5 days during Breakfast & Dinner was very courteous, good, friendly, caring, helpful and had the service oriented attitude to valued customers

As per the booking property was with Spa which was missing and wrongly marketed which gives bad impression from the customer as the expectation will not be met Breakfast was good but could be much better, local cuisine was missing which was expected as a customer In washroom there should be a separation between wet & dry area

Staff took everything that is possible to make stay wonderful, breakfast was good, pool room was good too.

Nothing to say. Probably missing was a Coorg special food being in that location, good light in Table tennis play area, and some coffee estate tours nearby. Also some good light music in dining area to keep some chattering indecent dumbs shut up, had some 8+ old ladies chattering loudly and disturbing our breakfast and dinner time.

The location, ambience and rooms were really good.

The staff communication was really bad. No communication about the property from the staff at the arrival. Only communication was about the payment to be completed as expected and not about the property. No cellphone network and their Internet connection was really bad, could not use the TV at all as it was smart TV which requires proper internet connection.
