Food was good.

The rooms were really compact, nothing like what the images in the website would portray. The restaurant service was disappointing. No spa available unlike what is mentioned in the site. The amenities were below average. Not worth the price. Overall a passable experience.

Food is not good. Food is too costly for the quality what they provide. Restroom must be maintained well. For this property and location, rent is too high.

no facilities except the rooms and the staff were very new I guess. hospitality wasn't good at all. everything need to be told to get the things in order.

You have invested adequately on infrastructure, furniture and fixtures. In my opinion that is the asset you have created, I am sure that would serve you well, of course for a long duration; but that cannot bring in the customer delight. there is no WOW factor for the customer. the swimming pool was dirty and looks like not cleaned for ages, there was mounds of dirt and waste; the water was dark green, perhaps contributed by inches of muck in the floor. it was looking completely unhygienic. in rooms - hot water was not coming, TV connection was not there. was there a Wi-Fi? THERE IS NO VALUE FOR MONEY. I would not recommend this facility/resort with the price tag offered. NO DOUBT THE PROPERTY IS LAVISH. BUT THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN ENTICE CUSTOMER DELIGHT :(
