The location was good and prime

There was lot of noise ,no parking available no facilities No house keeping at site.All nights we were not able to sleep due to high noise of streets and birds .The parking costs me 14 Pounds for 18 hours for seven days we paid this amount.

Bed wasn’t comfortable and the bedsheet seems dirty. The room smelled cigaret and all that. I wasn’t comfortable at all

Perfect location, clean apartment. Helpful manager who helped when it was impossible to collect the keys as the receptionist was not even in the building.

The check in is between 2pm and 4pm. I came at 2 and the reception was empty. You need to ring the number provided which is a landline in an empty reception. Spent 40 minutes waiting ( someone let me in into the building otherwise I would be outside). I have messaged via booking.com and I am guessing it was the manager who reacted and the receptionist finally appeared. He was not even in a building. Not the best service but thank you to the person online.

The area was quiet and right in the centre of tons of things of interest.

I kept getting lost but I had my mobile with a good map. That helped.

The location is excellent, in easy walking distance from The Hoe and The Barbican and not too far from the train station. A good view of the lighthouse and ocean behind it.

Facilities in the room where sparse and of cheap quality. One pillow in particular is well past its use by date. There were cigarette burn holes in the bottom sheet. Hooks to hang the towels would be handy. A double room but there was only one fork and one coffee cup. The water was very slow to drain after a shower. This did improve though once I removed wads of long black hair from the plug hole. We washed all utensils thoroughly before we used anything as they were not sufficiently clean on our arrival.

The dishes was not cleaned after the last stay.I spoken to reception members but nobody came or clean those.

Great location

The view was Fantastic! Right out over the Hoe. Good comms. Very convenient. Comfy new bed and bedding. Good value for money.

Building is a bit run down but the room was better.

Great central location, very organised check-in and the room had everything I needed for my stay.
