Good location. The response from the management was prompt. Room was bigger than on photos but I suppose that depends on the allocation.

I'd hoped to get parking slot as advertised, however after making payment for the accommodation, I was informed all parking slots have been reserved. Parking in the area was a lot more expensive. Best to confirm parking availability before booking.

Great location - near to The Hoe (for summer concerts), the Barbican and city centre. Room was lovely - plenty of room, heaters to plug in (if required) and full kitchen. So easy to self check-in - full detailed instructions given re getting key and finding room Lovely staff in office downstairs

Only downside was a mix up re parking - I booked parking when booking accommodation - but suggest when booking parking you send another request after initial booking. (however plenty of local parking available - Theatre Royal cp really close)
