Very accessible to the city central, the Hoe and barbican area. There is a Tesco Express open daily from 6am to 11pm.

Old building and toilet is very tight.

Location is perfect

Not as clean as it could be. Poor bed.

It in a great location very close to the hoe. I like watching the night life from the window

We had a broken light which kept flashing when turned on. We also had no bin bags hince why we left our rubbish in the side. We did have noisy neighbour rowing early hours if the morning which I know you can't control.

Cheap accommodation

Far to noisy at night didn't get much sleep

Very friendly greeting. We were allowed access to our room as soon as we arrived which meant we could enjoy our couple of days sooner. Brilliant position gor town centre and Hoe.

The bathroom needed a deep clean. The back of the door, floor, skirting boards, pipe work were all pretty disgusting.

Easy access instruction. And parking on adjacent road. Couple of useful welcome packs.

The bed was not very comfortable. The wi fi did not work Saturday or Sunday morning. Thin walls and noisy neighbours

The location was the only positive!

Filthy room, even the bedding was stained and looked unwashed. Mould around window and sill. The shower kept falling out of the holder. The refreshment pack had milk out of date by several months! There is no reserved parking available despite what it says on booking.
