GBGBStay was fantastic property is in good location for me accommodation has heater tv bathroom kettle and portable stove and microwave and views are excellent
Property needs a new bed and white sheets instead of brown would be nicer

The shower curtain was grubby and dirty No hot water from the shower The patio door would not lock proper Wind sounded like it was going to take it off Room was freezing with only a tiny heater by the door
GBThe view was exactly as described. It was great that we had our door seating we could put out. Shame we only managed that once, good old English weather. It is a short walk to both the Barbican, Hoe and the shopping centre so really nice and central. The bed was comfortable and the facilities although basic suited our needs. The TV although a little small had all apps so we could watch our fav streaming programmes.
Occasionally when we opened the bathroom there was a smell that had come through the vent. We did eat out a lot, as the hotplate and microwave on offer meant that meals were more challenging than either of us wanted as we were away on a short break holiday..

No one available in the reception. Nobody received my phone call at reception. I had to take help from other residents of that building to find my keys from key box that was outside the entrance. I was stressed to find someone to help me to find the room keys to enter the building and my room.

GBThe view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was comfy and the room was big.
The balcony door was in very bad condition and wasn't lockable. The balcony was shared with 2 other rooms. Luckily these weren't occupied when I was there but had they been then those people would have had access to my room. Although the room itself was quite nice the building is awful!
