easy to find beautiful recently modernised throughout close go local shops and restaurants

I was in 'Arda' flat that had bedroom facing main road into town, so traffic noise intrusive. confused as lots of money spent on modernising. yet no bedside lights. spartan interiors. lack of soft furnishings didn't help soften noise. no table knives. no coffee or tea. flimsy kitchen knives, that struggled to cut my morning banana. only soap, no shampoo provided. which us all a shame as beautifully modernised
