Posizione (molto centrale), pulizia della struttura e amabilità dello staff.

Letto, il materasso un po' scomodo. Anche se è senza cucina ci vorrebbe uno spazio un po' più attrezzato almeno per fare colazione (macchina del caffè, tostapane etc.).

Logement très bien placer, à coter de piazza yenne et a 5 min à pied de la gare, juste beaucoup de voiture circule vite devant le logement donc faire attention

Clim un peu loin du lit, et pas de balai à disposition ou de quoi nettoyer le toilette ou la table de cuisine.

Alles; sehr Zentral, sauber, komfortabel und einfach zu finden! Mario war ein toller Gastgeber! Wir dürften sogar kostenfrei länger bleiben, da unser Flug erst in der Nacht ging!

Well maintained, clean and very close to centre

A clean spacious apartment with modern interior in the historic Marina quarter. Great location for visiting the Costello and other sites with many restaurants and bars but in a quiet street. Good value and easy to find. Excellent communication with Mario.

The recyclable paper cups were too small. Would have preferred bigger cups or real cups. Had kettle, fridge but minimal cutlery and no plates as more a bed sit than an apartment. Need more pegs on line off the balcony and a bowl for washing clothes as no plug in wash basin. My wife found the mattress too springy and soft for her liking.

Very centrally located, spotless clean and spacious. Air condition worked great. Hosts very polite and catered for a few things we asked for. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The location was ideal to access all major sights of Cagliari, either by foot or by public transport. There were bus stops in all directions within 200 mts of the apartment and a taxi queue and a well stocked CRAI supermarket in Piazza Yenne which is 100 mts from the apartment. There are numerous restraunts of traditional Sardinian cuisine, to suit any budget in a 300 mt radius. There is a Mc Donalds just 20mts from it. The hosts are lovely people, available in the shop below (closed for siesta) and on Whatsapp and were willing to accommodate every request. The younger son kindly carried my bag up the steep stairs to the apartment, which is on the first floor. The microwave and the electric kettle were sufficient for my purposes and though paper plates and paper cups were provided, my request for tableware and a mug were acceeded to readily.

It would be nice to have plug points near the bed. The mattress could also be more comfortable. Doormats would keep the room cleaner. The street is not clean, lots of litter which remained there the whole week. The street is remiiscent of Little Bangaldesh. I would still stay there if I were to visit Cagliari again and am writing the negatives so that others are forewarned and don't require the two days that I did to reconcile myself to them.
